TBAT Innovation has appointed two new members of staff, Steve Holmes and Chris Stuttle, as it continues to experience high business growth.

Before joining TBAT, Steve spent his post-graduation life in research, product development and civil engineering testing.

At TBAT Steve has found a great balance between the three aspects of his previous roles including; detailed research, technical writing and getting out and about to talk to people about their work.  In the short time he has been at TBAT he has already helped companies claim their R&D tax credits in diverse sectors, such as automotive tyres, hydrogen powered vehicles, software and sensor technology.

Since joining TBAT, Chris has learnt about new areas of development and seen the creativity from UK companies, by helping them reduce their R&D costs and produce amazing products.  Chris has already supported 3M BIC tenant Innovate Orthopaedics with their R&D tax claim, as well as companies involved with cloud computing, electronic gas sensors, wheel chair adaptations, marine and specialist software development.

Prior to TBAT, he developed new materials and built prototypes to fit a customer’s needs, he also developed skills in Surface Engineering and Electrochemistry.
