Three years ago, our executive officer Sally participated in parkrun at Greenhead Park in Huddersfield and caught the running bug.  The following year she joined Acre Street Runners and has completed various running events across the country ranging from 5k to 10-mile events.  Have you seen the running medals in her office?

Sally’s next challenge will be to run Paris Marathon on 8 April raising money for Kirkwood Hospice.

Kirkwood Hospice provides specialist care, free of charge, to adults in Kirklees with advanced, progressive illnesses at any time from diagnosis to the end of life, respecting their individual needs and wishes.  Care and support is also provided for their family members, friends and carers, both during the illness and after death.
