Client Services Director promotion at marketing and PR agency KC Communications
Huddersfield based PR & Marketing communications agency, KC Communications, has promoted Account Manager, Laura Batchelor to Client Services Director as it restructures the business to support future growth ambitions, which includes doubling turnover by 2020.
Laura’s increased remit will see her assume responsibility for managing the client services department supporting the ongoing development of the business, in particular focusing on internal talent management.
With 15 years agency experience working on accounts such as Asda, Sheards Accountancy and insolvency specialists Poppleton and Appleby, Laura has spent the past two years with KC Communications in an account manager role, developing and implementing client marketing and PR strategies. During the past six months, she has embraced additional aspects to her role, which has included overhauling the organisation’s staff recruitment, retention and ongoing employee development.
During 2018, KC Communications invested over £17,000 on a programme of employee training and development adopting a holistic approach to employee care, focusing on health and wellbeing to boost productivity and encourage a healthy work-life balance.
Laura said of her new role:
