As well as offering dedicated offices and lab space to a diverse community of start-ups, spinouts, and growing firms, we are happy to welcome professional firms or established companies seeking office space for their staff who live in/around Huddersfield. This may be a temporary solution whilst social distancing is still in place or it may be a longer-term arrangement – we can flex to suit.

- Virtual Office

- Rent-a-desk
We plan to introduce a ‘rent- a- desk’ option from £200 + VAT per month in a lockable shared office with other like-minded people once the pandemic subsides to a lower risk level. This might suit individuals who work in Leeds or Manchester but prefer to work closer to home in Huddersfield for the foreseeable future. Parking on site is available for a monthly fee.
- Pop-Up Offices
Meanwhile, for those who might prefer to rent a complete, enclosed office to themselves for an occasional day of peace and quiet, we are planning to offer pop-up office spaces to rent by the day. Watch this space for more details and let us know if you are interested.
Our innovation and technology team has developed a ‘Design Diversification’ offer for companies seeking to pivot into new product ideas or to refresh and update an older product. This is a 3-day support package delivered by our experienced product designer resulting in a 2D product realisation. There is scope to extend this to include prototype production and CAD files suitable for manufacture.
