We understand that finding commercial space with labs can be challenging and that all businesses have bespoke needs and requirements when it comes to fitting out labs.

Our lab spaces have been adapted for several businesses, including the installation of fume cupboards and water treatment systems. We can also provide non-hazardous cleaning services.

Whether you need a large lab or a smaller lab, we also have unique combined lab and office spaces that remove the need for two separate rooms. Connected through an adjoining door, businesses can research in the laboratory and record their findings in the office next door.
