The 3M Buckley Innovation Centre (3M BIC) is an award-winning hub for business growth and innovation. With Sue Cooke retiring after six successful years as Chief Executive, we are seeking a visionary and inspirational leader to drive the 3M BIC into its next chapter.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in business development, ideally with SMEs, and experience forging strategic partnerships across industry, academia and government. The applicant will have a hands-on, adaptable approach and a passion for regional growth and innovation, combined with the ability to navigate the complex challenges faced by businesses today. Strong leadership and the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders will be key.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic organisation and play a pivotal role in launching a new Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre at the University of Huddersfield’s National Health Innovation Campus.
