The Institute for Educational & Social Equity, based at the 3M BIC, that delivers EDI Leadership programmes and training, has been shortlisted for The Leadership Excellence Award for Organisations.

After an intensive judging process and strong competition, the organisation has been recognised as one of just ten exceptional organisations nominated for this prestigious award.

The award recognises organisations demonstrating excellence across the Five Dimensions of Leadership: Authenticity, Vision, Achievement, Ownership, and Collaboration:

Authenticity: Trusted leaders with integrity, empowering others.

Vision: Imaginative and innovative leaders inspiring action and embracing change.

Achievement: High performers driving success and sustainable results.

Ownership: Responsible leaders fostering safe, supportive environments.

Collaboration: Effective team players engaging diverse stakeholders and networks.

The ceremony will take place at the Hilton London Bankside on Friday 15 November.
