Horizon Risk Consultancy Training Courses – Highfield Qualifications Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (RQF) (Chinese)

Who is this qualification for?
This course is essential for anyone working in a catering, hospitality or retail setting (or those about to start work in the industry) where food is prepared, cooked and handled. Candidates will be equipped with the practical skills necessary to work safely with food. It is also appropriate for those providing services to catering premises including pest-control operators, maintenance engineers, cleaners, and laundry and delivery personnel.
This qualification is regulated in England by Ofqual. Candidates who successfully pass the exam will receive a certificate accredited by Highfield Qualifications.

18 September from 9:30am to 16:30pm with the exam taking place at 3:00 pm.   Course delivers in Chinese
7 November from 9:30am to 16:30pm with the exam taking place at 3:00 pm.  Course delivers in English
6 December from 9:30am to 16:30pm with the exam taking place at 3:00 pm. Course delivers in Chinese

Assessment Method
This qualification is assessed by multiple-choice examination. Learners must complete 20 questions within 45 minutes. Successful learners will have to achieve a pass mark of 60% (12/20).
