Office and lab space
If you are looking for office or lab space in Huddersfield or West Yorkshire, join us in the morning as we display several small to large labs and office space.
As a tenant business, you benefit from being close to the University of Huddersfield for collaboration and recruitment opportunities. You can also get priority access to a new Health Innovation Centre that will open on the new National Health Innovation Campus in 2026, that will house office and labs and Maker Space.
