This event uses the Lego Serious Play methodology, an internationally renowned facilitated process used by organisations of all sizes to generate innovative ideas for business improvement.

This workshop is suitable for companies of any shape or size and will work well with one individual or two or three people from your organisation.

There is also the opportunity following the workshop, for a full-day, one-to-one session with your business, to take further some of the issues that have been explored in this workshop, depending on certain eligibility requirements.
