Business Surgery – Steps to keeping your clients and projects under control

October 19, 2015 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

A great new client with a challenging new project and they want to work with you, but they are not exactly sure what they want and so the brief keeps changing. It is fun and exciting – to begin with, but it soon becomes frustrating, time consuming and expensive…
Does this sound like your world?
Sarah is the “project woman” – an inspired tutor who will help you use the magic of project management to create something special – the tools are the wand – Sarah is the magician.
Sarah will take a couple of ideas from classic project management and show you how they can help you to make a real difference to your business. She will show you how you can keep control of your work and budget, whilst still allowing you to offer flexibility to your clients.
The session will leave you with a 3 step process to being business-like, client focused and inspired, all at the same time.
